Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will handle make-ready apartments, service requests, and general upkeep while delivering strong customer service to residents and guests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications, a valid driver's license and insurance, and a basic set of hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.
• Willing to travel to multiple properties and respond to emergencies.
