Job summary

Strong communication, time management, and experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping are valued. HUD/LIHTC/RD exposure is a plus. Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition.
• Maintaining grounds and landscaping to support curb appeal.
• Assisting with annual apartment inspections and identifying needs.
• Coordinating with the Property Manager to arrange vendors and supplies.
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Reporting lease or house rule violations as observed.
• Responding to emergency maintenance situations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
