Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in Blythe, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a 44-unit apartment community in Biola, CA. This role focuses on general maintenance, completing work orders, and preventative tasks to keep buildings safe and welcoming for residents.

Strong communication, time management, and experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping are valued. HUD/LIHTC/RD exposure is a plus. Valid driver's license required.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Assistingwith preventative maintenance to ensure building systemsremainin good working condition
• Maintaining the grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal

• Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies
