Job summary

Reliable, organized and able to interact positively with residents, vendors and team members.
Experience with general building maintenance and landscaping is preferred.
Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition.
Maintain grounds and landscaping to support curb appeal.
Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate with Property Manager, vendors, and order supplies.
Report lease or house rule violations and respond to emergencies.
