Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in multi-unit housing
• General repair skills: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
• Landscaping and groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC/RD programs is helpful
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders promptly
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for curb appeal
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with Property Manager to order supplies and liaise with vendors
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Follow company policies and procedures
