Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in two or more technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep for new residents.
• Carry out repairs on plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other maintenance technicians and help with vendor quality.
