Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work on-site at The Brooke in Atlanta. You will perform basic apartment turns and routine maintenance, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and help teammates ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
