Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform a range of maintenance duties at a multi-unit property in Glendale, CA. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete work orders, and support make-ready preparations for new residents.

Required are 1–2 years in maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience on large properties.
• Experience with 100+ unit communities preferred.
• Proficiency with HappyCo, Make Ready's and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Manages materials, supplies, and inventory, and documents usage.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Supports cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
