Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an assigned apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks, complete service requests, and support the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the property in top condition and within budget.

You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, maintain preventative maintenance, assist residents, and help with move-ins/move-outs. A high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience are required; EPA Type

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards with residents and staff.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Adhere to budget guidelines and support preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and turn events.
