Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role at multiple property locations in the United States. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to uphold value, safety, and curb appeal while delivering resident-focused service.

You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and collaborate with supervisors to meet budgets and safety standards. The position requires a valid on-site presence, weekend/holiday availability, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to rotate on-call schedule.
• Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly and thoroughly.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of work areas.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and turnover events.
• Perform pool maintenance and log maintenance records.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.
