Cottonwood Res is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Park at Midtown Apartments in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general property repairs to keep units and grounds well maintained. Strong English communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers and interpret safety manuals.
• Ability to move/lift items up to 50 lbs and navigate uneven surfaces.

• Comfort working evenings/weekends and on-call after hours with manager support.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required; CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
