Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs across the property. You will communicate with residents in English and follow safety standards to maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and supporting after-hours emergencies with the Service Manager. EPA Type II/Universal is required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers and read safety manuals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Can climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes.
• Able to sit, stoop, kneel, crawl, and access small areas.
• Available for evenings and weekends.
• On-call technician with after-hours support from Service Manager.
• Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, carpentry for homes and grounds.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
