Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an on-site apartment maintenance professional to deliver exceptional resident service and maintain property grounds and amenities. You will respond to service requests and manage daily tasks with a positive, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn EPA or CPO-related skills. Certifications and growth are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Apartment Maintenance experience.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and grounds upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on site.
