Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX. You will handle maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires a minimum of one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and AC certification I and II. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call shifts, while upholding the company’s standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience
• Technical/other training
• Valid Driver’s License
• AC Certification I and II
• Criminal History Record checks required

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Access materials and equipment from maintenance, track usage, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document all service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
• Promote a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
