Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work weekends and be on-call as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests and issues.
