Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will also perform preventative maintenance and care for common areas, reporting concerns as needed.

The role requires troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC where applicable, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication in English. Weekend shifts and after-hours on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
