Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments in a fast-paced community.

You will handle preventative maintenance, maintain grounds and common areas, and respond to emergencies as needed; you’ll work with a team in a service-focused environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work shifts are encouraged for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Residential or property maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
