Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community in top condition. You will support the maintenance team, prepare market-ready apartments, and ensure timely responses to resident service requests.

The role requires basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Proficiency with English communication and use of a smartphone are also important.

Qualifications

• Able to work weekends and on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas.
• Prepare market‑ready apartments including painting and carpet cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and communicate with residents.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes.
• Assist other staff with projects like cleaning and drywalling.
