Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license in order to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and Local certification requirements apply for all technicians.
• Must complete OSHA and safety-related training as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance per policy, diagnose defects, and repair to code standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Track materials, supplies, and tools, returning unused items and notifying when re-orders are needed.
• Document work orders timely and accurately for proper recordkeeping.
• Support grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and light maintenance.
• Assist cost-control by repairing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
