Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician at Tesota Morningside in Albuquerque, NM. The role performs technical and mechanical work to keep building systems, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory management, and accurate documentation; EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles may be required.
• State and local jurisdictions may require additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance ensuring safety and code compliance.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units, inspect work, and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventories, document work, and report re-orders to supervisor.
• Aid in grounds, amenities, and common areas upkeep, including cleaning and painting where needed.
