Qualifications

• 1+ years maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years painting and drywall repairs preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and climb stairs.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy including painting, drywall repair, and basic repairs.
• Perform basic system repairs on electrical, plumbing, hot water heaters, HVAC systems, appliances.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and perform carpentry/drywall tasks as needed.
• Conduct daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per city ordinances and company policies.
