Waterton is seeking a Service Technician I in Roswell, Georgia, to help maintain the community and its equipment, ensuring a great place for residents to live. The role involves completing unit make‑readies, conducting preventative maintenance, and completing service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience.
• Strongly preferred experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing the make-ready process.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community.
