Qualifications

• EPA-LBP certification for properties older than 1978 is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy, completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain the community's appearance and cleanliness.
• Utilize safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
