Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Westbound at the Works in Atlanta. The role focuses on maintaining apartment interiors and exteriors, processing service requests, and preparing units for leasing while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, documenting activities, and supporting cost-control efforts. The role requires weekend availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerants required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Inspect and repair building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Track inventory, procure materials, and document maintenance activities.
• Oversee contractor work for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in required safety trainings.
