Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Holbrook Court, a 24-unit affordable property in Holbrook, AZ. You will support the Community Manager by prioritizing and completing maintenance work orders while ensuring OSHA-compliant practices and high curb appeal.

The role requires a year of maintenance experience, ability to bring your own tools, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least one year of work experience in property maintenance and repairs, construction or related experience preferred.
• Possess and transport own tools and materials needed for job.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
• Must own or have access to properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs; maintain valid driver's license and insurance.
• If the property has a pool, CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support Community Manager’s efforts to meet and exceed property management obligations.
• Maintain the property in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (fire, backflow, OSHA, etc.).
• Walk property grounds daily and maintain exterior for curb appeal.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to address maintenance, safety and repairs.
• Respond to service requests and complete Work Orders and Turnovers promptly.
• Keep records of space conditions, utilities, and upkeep.
• Inspect property and coordinate vendor work and scheduling.
• Be on call for emergencies after hours and weekends on a rotating basis.
