Job summary

HSL Asset Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Peoria, AZ. You will maintain apartment communities, diagnose and repair issues, and help ensure residents’ safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment or building maintenance, property maintenance, construction trades, etc.
• EPA Refrigerant certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 180 days (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

• Inspect community and correct unsafe conditions; diagnose and perform minor maintenance.
• Assist maintenance team to ensure safe environment and essential services.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across apartments and common areas.
• Complete duties as assigned by supervisor and cover in supervisor's absence.
