Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1+ year of property maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle beneficial.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and urgent property maintenance tasks on apartment grounds and units.
• Prioritize and process work orders to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to deliver timely service.
• Complete required paperwork and reports on time.
