Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks as needed.
• Reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow process for completing basic apartment turns for move-ins.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with managing vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary based on team, community needs, and season.
