MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reserve at Spring Creek in Richardson, TX. The role involves maintaining grounds, offices, and common areas, completing service requests, repairing appliances, and handling turnovers with a strong customer-service focus.

Ideal candidates will have experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) on a 200-unit property, plus reliable transportation. On-call rotation and a commitment to teamwork are required.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C and other trades is required.
Customer service mindset with teamwork abilities.
Consent to potential audio recordings during work duties.
Reliable transportation is a must; on-call rotation is available.

Responsibilities

Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
Complete maintenance service requests.
Repair appliances and fixtures as needed.
Paint interior/exterior surfaces; assist with apartment turnovers.
Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly.
