Job summary

AIR Communities in Longmont, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment communities with modern technology. You will turn units for move-ins, respond to service requests, and ensure residents feel at home; duties include troubleshooting plumbing/electrical/HVAC and training others as needed.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, proficiency in two trades, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (troubleshooting and repairs).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
