MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our property in Gresham, OR. You will handle cleaning grounds, offices and common areas, complete maintenance requests, repair appliances, paint, turnover units, and respond to emergency calls as needed.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade experience and a strong customer service focus. Availability for on-call rotation and reliable transportation are required to succeed in this role at our Gresham property.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
