Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for La Verde to address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks. You will work under the maintenance supervisor and property manager to uphold high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision and management.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify repair needs.
