Monarch Investment and Management Group in Williston, ND is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Fair Hills community. This is a hands-on, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule 8 AM–5 PM and a weekly on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• EPA Certification preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred, but all maintenance professionals are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
• Focus on HVAC-related work orders including diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues
• Detect refrigerant leaks and recharge freon gas
• Replace failing compressors and blower motors
• Replace limit switches & fuses and address other HVAC issues
• Perform basic preventative maintenance such as filter changes and coil cleanings
• Assist with non-HVAC repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances) as needed
• Participate in a monthly 24/7 on-call emergency rotation

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Williston, ND. This is a hands on maintenance position at our Fair Hills Apartmentcommunity with guaranteed full-time hours!

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours.On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks.
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What Our Maintenance Technicians Will Do:

• Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• This position will focus on HVAC related work orders including:
• Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues
• Detecting and soldering refrigerant leaks
• Recharging freon gas
• Changing failing compressors and blower motors
• Replacing limit switches & fuses
• Other common HVAC problems.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance including filer changes and coil cleanings
• Depending on work load non-HVAC repairs may include:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliances
• Some unit turn maintenance and cleaning may also be required at times.
• Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on call emergency cell phone (1 week every 3 weeks)
• Snow removal (when needed during the winter season).

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
