Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Minot, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Commons & Landing at Southgate. You will perform general maintenance tasks across the apartment community, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and on-call rotation.

The pay range is $22–$24/hr (DOE) with on-call pay and quarterly bonuses. We offer Blue Cross health coverage under $50/month, housing discounts, paid training, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and annual raises.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA License preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred.

Role: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 week every 4 weeks
Pay: $22 – $24/hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Need:

1+ years of general maintenance experience
HVAC Certification (Preferred)
EPA License (Preferred)
CPO Certification (Preferred)
Skilled in:

• Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• Water Heater (gas & electric)

A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
