Stonemark in Florida is seeking a Service Technician to assist the Service Supervisor in preserving and maintaining community facilities and grounds, keeping them safe and aesthetically appealing for current and prospective residents.

You will perform repairs, handle preventive maintenance, support projects, and respond to service requests. This full-time role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a commitment to reliable, prompt service.

Qualificações

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, constructional and electrical procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
