Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or two years related experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; reliable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Perform repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assist Service Supervisor on projects and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance checklists on schedule.
• Provide on-call duty for emergencies as required.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities as needed.
