Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Eastpoint, FL to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining community facilities and grounds to keep them safe and attractive for residents.

Responsibilities include servicing residents promptly, repairing vacant units, completing projects, and performing preventive maintenance. EPA certification and relevant experience are required, with physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work with various tools.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
