Job summary

Stonemark seeks a Service Technician to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining community facilities and grounds to keep them safe and attractive. The role covers general maintenance, repairs, and painting across apartment buildings and amenities.

Responsibilities include timely service to residents, completing requests, and on-call coverage for emergencies. A one-year certificate or two years related experience is required, with strong mechanical aptitude and physical capability.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or tech school or two years related apartment experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined with plumbing, HVAC, electrical knowledge.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and AC-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assist Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Perform on-call duty for emergencies as assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
