Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Pointe West Apartments in St. Cloud, MN.

The role offers hourly pay with quarterly bonuses, on-call pay, and comprehensive benefits as part of a full-time position. You will perform general maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and painting, while preparing units for new residents and maintaining grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC/Boiler/CPO certifications preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing (including copper) and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready units for new residents.
• Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Paint and repair interior/exterior surfaces.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks).

Pointe West Apartments, St. Cloud, MN $25.00–$28.00 Per Hour (DOE) Quarterly Bonuses + On-Call Pay + Benefits Full-Time: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30 with 1 Week of On-Call, Every 6 Weeks

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-unit community located on Maine Prairie Road. • $25.00–$28.00 per Hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC/Boiler/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair required
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
• Availability: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30 with 1 Week On-Call, Every 6 Weeks required
