Job summary

Odin Management LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers across our multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills with a proven maintenance background.

You will work with the Property Manager, participate in on-call rotations, and keep the maintenance area neat and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and ability to complete work orders.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills are required or preferred.
• EPA Type 2 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe maintenance area.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies; coordinate with Property Manager on parts/materials.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
