Job summary

Greystar in Kentucky is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.

The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, inventory tracking, and property inspections, while following safety policies and OSHA training, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies management about re-ordering needs.
