Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the community meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm with rotating on-call. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to operate golf cart or vehicle on property.
• Strong ability to diagnose maintenance issues and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspects completed work.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
