Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to keep the community pristine and safe. You will assist the service team with daily upkeep, perform make-ready tasks for vacants, and help maintain locks and pool-area safety at our on-site properties in Kentucky.

Responsibilities include handling routine requests, communicating with residents, and adhering to safety policies and OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and debris and to keep common areas neat and inviting.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as required.
• Reports any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints about maintenance professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and completes OSHA and related safety training as required.
