Job summary

Odin Properties LLC seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. You will organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, strong skills in plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and a positive, team-focused attitude. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field.
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
