Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. You will organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers, applying HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

Two years of maintenance experience and a positive, neat, professional approach are required; EPA Type 2 certification is a plus. This on-site role includes a robust benefits package: medical, dental and vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, a $500 sign-on

The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
