Odin Properties LLC is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with emphasis on hands-on repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, neat appearance, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in apartment maintenance.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience.
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

About this position

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
