Job summary

Odin Properties LLC. is seeking a talented Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with reliable, hands-on maintenance skills.

Ideal candidates will have a Type 2 EPA certification and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. You will work as part of a team, support the Property Manager, and participate in on-call rotations to handle maintenance

Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Able to work in a team and maintain professional conduct.
• Attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Report outstanding work orders to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.

About this position

Description: Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
