Odin Properties LLC. is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of maintenance experience, a neat and professional appearance, and is willing to participate in on-call rotations. EPA Type 2 certification is a plus and attendance is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in a similar setting.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
• EPA Type 2 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain daily count of outstanding work orders and report to Property Manager.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials.

About this position

Description: Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
