Job summary

Odin Management LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers across our multifamily community. You will leverage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills, keep the maintenance area neat, participate in on-call rotations, and coordinate parts with the Property Manager to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 certification is a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience required or preferred.
• Two or more years in maintenance or related field are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials as needed.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
