Job summary

Odin Properties LLC. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with strong electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience and is reliable, neat, and professional. HVAC certification is a plus; on-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in prior maintenance field.
• HVAC cert a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Neat, clean, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers effectively and efficiently.
• Clean and prepare vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

About this position

Description: Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning of vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
